Win Resolution has designed and facilitated numerous programs to develop and strengthen working relationships and resolve issues within and among organizations in the private and public sectors, including the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (Los Angeles Albuquerque, Omaha Districts and the International Division), the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (Southwest and Pacific Divisions, and Engineering Field Activity, Northwest), U. S. Navy Public Works Centers, CINCPACFLT, Naval Construction Battalion, Arizona state agencies,  and GMP Associates, Inc. Executive Team.

Intra Organizational Program

Los Angeles District, U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Internal Partnering Program – Working relationships among personnel from numerous offices were strengthened and internal issues were resolved in preparation for the construction of the Seven Oaks Dam – one of the largest projects ever undertaken by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers.  More than 30 individuals representing he following offices participated in the program: Construction Operations, Program Planning, Management and Development, Engineering, Environmental Planning, the Area Offices and the Office of Counsel.

Inter Organizational Program

The Arizona Department of Transportation and Federal Highway Administration Workshop Series – These workshops helped ADOT and FHWA staff develop more effective ways to administer Federal Highway Funds on Arizona highway design and construction projects.
